I had some questions before purchasing and was able to speak with them before proceeding. They were very helpful. The subwoofers have a shipping weight of 85lbs. Consequently, I was very concerned about damage during shipping. They added a second box to the manufacturers for safety. They arrived within 3 days undamaged. Great experience.
