Item as described. Shipped late, only after I messaged the seller to find out why. Never got a response to my message. Poor packaging, box had openings that were just partially covered with tape that attached to the interior boxes.

I received the wrong item, and the seller tried to arrange an exchange for the correct product. Unfortunately, we ran into difficulty because I live in Australia and an exchange was not possible. The seller referred me to eBay customer service, and I was immediately sent a refund for the full price. I really appreciate all the seller and customer service did to resolve this issue in a timely manner and the patience they showed. I would gladly order from them again.

There was some confusion as to whether I could receive an exchange for the correct product (I live in Australia, so that complicated things). The seller was very helpful and diligent in keeping me informed. We finally decided that a refund would be the best way to resolve this issue. I contacted eBay Customer Service as the Seller suggested and my refund was issued very quickly (practically immediately). I want to thank both the seller and Customer Service for all their help and patience.
