    A MUST HAVE!

    Very impressed! An excellent machine for multiple muscles and workout movements. Just remember, it's not commerical "Hammer Strength" grade. However, this piece of equipment is a must for an inexpensive home gym. You will get the job done! Lats, abs, tris, bis, traps, ENJOY! I would definitely recommend extra cable machine attachments; i.e. rope, v-bar, wide lat bar, etc...

    Meh, it's ok. Good It was easy to assemble with the exception of one bolt that was reverse threaded. Had to run to the hardware store. Not impressed by the build quality or materials quality but It works for its intended purpose and that's kind of the point. Bad Thin walls, plastic pulleys, poor quality 2" adapters. The metal crushed while tightening the bolts. It's...... ok

    Lat Pulldown Machine

    This is a great machine, very sturdy and it works perfectly. It's a great value. The box, when it arrived, weighs a ton. This machine is heavy duty. I would recommend this machine to others. Oh, and it arrived very quick, too.

    Decent for home/ garage gym

    When we assembled this some of the bolts would not screw in. Had to take my Dremel and make the hole bigger. Finally got everything together. Make sure you have wrenches or socket wrench. I Like the footplate you stand on. I take the seat off to do triceps push downs. Low cable is pretty close to the bottom locknuts. Got to figure out what to do there so it doesn’t rub on the locknut. But, for the price it will work. Better with 2 people doing the assembly. I am adding this, did front lat pull downs with 140lbs and the machine was rock solid. Pretty smooth. Hope it remains so as the weight increases. So far, so good!

    Awesome addition to the home gym

    So after looking everywhere to find a solid cable machine for lat pull down and rows I have to say this is definitely a solid piece of equipment. Now I know it’s not of the same caliber that you would get from a commercial gym but don’t let that dissuade you because after stress testing this thing for the past couple weeks I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ve pulled 245 on the cable row and didn’t feel any rocking at all. I’d recommend getting a rope attachment and a v bar handle so you can add a little more exercise variety but seriously this thing is great
