The seller said this part listed was for my vehicle. Upon arrival, I noticed it was a generic handle not suitable for my escalade. Upon contacting the seller, the seller was willing to except the wrong item shipped but seller did not do anything to try to compensate for their error. After all my inconvenience of having to repack, reprint out shippling label, drive to ship item out , the least the seller could have done is offer a discount or a mere sincere apology for their error and mistake.
