I've been using this model of Topeak fenders for about 6 years now. They are very easy to install. They work very well and are well made. The front fender installs inside of the steerer tube and stays put when installed correctly. I first installed my set on a motorized bicycle, and since then they have outlasted 3 or 4 non motorized bicycles. They function as they're supposed to and will keep you dry and mud free. They have almost no weight, are almost indestructible, and look really sharp on my MTB. If they ever wear out or get broken I'll buy this model of Topeak fender again. These are perfect for suspension forks because they mount above the fork brace and give plenty of clearance for your wheels. Sweet fender!
Mounted this on my e-Mx and love it. It keeps the tire spray out of my face and that mostly what a front fender is supposed to do. It has qwick release features but I’ve never found the need to remove them, not even temporarily so that feature is wasted on me as it was not a consideration in my decision to purchase it.

This fender is light-weight and easy to install. The mount can be left on the bike. You just unclip the fender and put it back when you need it.
