Fast shipping. I bench tested it before installing and am impressed with the quality for the price. The paperwork for all the hardware and connections is fine. Unfortunately there is no paperwork describing all the menu, setup, and networking options. It took some time to explore the menu and found it easy to navigate but may take some time to find/discover all the various options. I tried to go the home site at zositech.com for info and support but the site appears to be down.

The 2nd camera would not work even after updating the software. But with the "On Sale" price, I ordered another camera and still got the system for much less than retail price. My VPN was not allowing the ZOSI site to come in until I disabled it and downloaded the most recent software upgrade which installed very easy.
