I only ordered from them because they said they had the item in stock and I needed it quickly. A shipping label was created to make it look like the item shipped but it wasn’t actually dropped off with the shipper for 4 more days after the label was created. If I had known this I would have found the part elsewhere.

I contacted Radley and they sent a replacement in a couple of days which I put on and they work perfectly. The packaging was secure and the boxes were marked fragile trying to keep UPS on their toes.
