    Unit is defective. Arrived sealed, took pictures of bad gouges on black roller before opening. Spoke to Ferdinand Roman last week @ Printer Depot Solutions 305 562 6168. He told me to install and use fuser until I heard from you & received replacement unit. He offered me 40% off unit already sent, but I prefer unit like new in good shape for the long term. I am not happy to say the least. Received 2 notes sharing you wish feedback but NOTHING about replacement unit. Please cancel Allstate Insure
