Incredible unprofessional. Bought an engine. Highly damaged during transit, or so the seller alleges. Either way - it cost me $1000 at mechanic for repair of damaged piece. JDM Chicago thought $180 would cover that. No communication. Going on multiple weeks now with little to no resolution. Truly disgraceful and horrendous customer service experience. You would think people who make a living selling would know to make it right.
