Item packaged very well. Requested via message the exp. date as it hadn't shown in sellers photos. Seller answered that it had at least 10 months before expiring. Exp. date is important as the product loses efficacy after 1 year & is not used all that often. When it finally arrived, the exp. date had been conveniently missing or intentionally removed. So the trust level has went from 10 to almost a 0 because of it.
