    Received the filter fairly quick considering its size. The filter was received upside down. The item was packaged by the seller and not from Aquasona. These filters are to be shipped right side up to prevent disruption of the internal materials. There was no labeling on the out of the box to indicate to shipper to keep upright which would have been nice. I contacted aquasona and they instructed me what to do to “resettle” the internal materials. Needed more protection for shipping. New, unused.
