    Classic Die Cast Torino Cobra

    This is the iconic, gold #21 Ford Torino Cobra (Talladega) driven by Cale Yarborough. It has a nice little presentation stand, information card about Cale Yarborough as part of its Racing Champions series. The packaging was about 7/10 and I did not like how the illustration at the top of the card was not the #21 but the #17 Torino. Not a big deal, just an annoyance. Great 1/64 die cast for my collection.

    Historical Superbird of Legends Past and Present!

    I love the long Superbirds. My neighbor was BentonHausen in the '60's and he was killed in a indy car crash around '63 or '65. The family now owns an Ambulance service in Tinley Park Illinois. I cherish this car so much. For the 5 year anniversary of his death, they had a parade of 20 or so cars, all Superbirds come down our street rumbling the loose bricks from all of our homes. My dad hit me to take my hat off to honor this man and to commemoration of his untimely death. I grew up playing with his daughters in the '60's. A real wonderful family even to this present day!     Petty for a Present
