    Great product, great footprint, super quiet.

    Great product. Compact size, low profile footprint, and is durable. Shop this product carefully as the price is all over the map. The first time I bought it the cost was $63.04.....for a product I never received, it’s Replacement was $45, and came all the way from the east coast. The first one took a week, and was less than miles from me. Watch very carefully who you are dealing with, and DON’T ACT IN RELIANCE ON THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Then just today I found it for $19.98 ea. Brand new. The product is great, but the price fluctuates.

    Works well with Some Minor Adjustments

    The motor is well made and fits the Walthers 90 foot turntable perfectly. That being said, the motor would only move the turntable deck through a 180 degree arc before the gears started to slip. This is not due to any fault of the motor but is most likely caused by an out-of-round or off center issue with the large gear driving the turntable deck. I addressed this problem by removing one of the motor mounting screws and loosening the second screw just enough for the motor to pivot freely. I also removed the 2 positioning nibs in the turntable pit base cover that mate with holes in the motor housing. I made up a tensioning spring of sorts using a piece on thin brass stock folded in half which I positioned between the motor and the turntable base cover. This allows the motor's gear to stay ...

    turntable motor fits all

    Years ago I bought a Walthers 90 foot turntable which at that time came with a motor. The motor mounts etc were primitive and it never worked properly. In recent years the turntable and motor became separate purchase items so I decided to see if a new motor would fit in my existing turntable. It did and worked the first time I tried it. So for me, a $25 motor was a good deal and solved a vexing problem.

    Walthers turntable geared motor

    It's very small, fits turntable base, you have to figure out how to control it. It's 12 VDC, not that hard to figure it out.
