Item is to be in like new pristine condition. Box came tore up and the vacuum itself has scratches and marks all over it. Feels like it has an air leak near the handle. Contacted the seller but they don’t seem to care to help. It was a Christmas gift for my parents. Don’t know what to do now because I am getting no response from the seller. Beware of certified refurbished from this seller.
