Once new strings were installed and tuned up, intonation needs some setup, but action is good, and fit and finish is overall good. It's an apparently good platform to make a good guitar. Body is solid with nice wood grain. Excellent neck and tuners work fine initially. Pickups are what might be expected at this price. They'll do for now.

The price for this item was great. The item was very good looking and appeared to be expensive. Customer service was great. A fast shipper that was willing to hold package a few days when asked. The strings were cheap and needed replaced since they were too thin, but they worked out of the box.
