The first one split as I took it off the roll, second one split when I put it inside my wheelie bin. Absolute rubbish, flimsy and a waste of money. I could be bothered sending it back.

As mentioned we have sold a large number of these bags without issue & we offered to pay for return shipping & refund your order , we tested the batch you were sent and found no issues, so we did ask you to return the item to work out why you had an issue, I appreciate you did not want to return the item, but as mentioned to you previously, this is the only way we can test them & the return postage would of been paid by usI am unsure why you refused to return them if your unhappy with the bags?

Arrived within the timeframe stated and product exactly as expected. Packaging could have done with being a bit more robust as it was just a plastic bag and the top few boxes in the stack were a bit crushed (though still usable).

Hi, thanks for your feedback, we do reuse some boxes ( although the contents are in sleeve) as we try to minimise our environmental impact but I will pass this onto our warehouse team to look at alternatives that present our products well but have no environmental downsides, we are constantly balancing the impact we make and reusing boxes is part of this but it is something we will have a think on.
