    I received 2 different speakers, and I canceled the order than they sent another speaker and it was damaged. I spoke with an agent and he was supposed to be sending the return label and as of today still haven't received. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. Once this is resolved I'll never use ebay again

    i never got a cancel nor sent another speaker , i never even got a message from the buyer , i think the buyer had me confused with some other seller . I always take care of my customers
