The item wouldn't fit in the box . The kickstand was pushed through the original bag and then pushed through the corner of the box. It seems deliberate. I have bought this exact same item from this seller in the past. Larger box and no issues. Contacted the seller about the damage and why. They blamed it on the shipper. The box had no damage other than the hole to make the item fit. Seller offered to take it back, but I was in a time crunch, as I had to deliver the bike at a discount. Sad

We informed you that we regularly ship the part in that box. If you fold in the pegs and position the part correctly it will fit in the box just fine. We would not deliberately damage a part by poking it through the shipping box. As everyone knows, the mail carriers do not care about the shipment and regularly damage them while in transit. We did offer to take the part back but you refused. We can see from your photos that the box does have other damage, definitely cause from the shipment.
