    I LOVE this thing!

    I had a CubieTime in my BOI Red Lion hotel layover and ordered my own the next morning. Most hotels have the Sony Dream Machine or some other complicated looking POS that no one ever trusts or uses. My only interaction with these is to turn them off or unplug them so they don't go off full-blast at some random time with Mariachi music. The CubieTime is everything I want in an alarm/clock/charging station. Lighting is perfect, interface is simple, meets all my needs. I'm a flight attendant, and I wanted an alarm clock that didn't go off every morning at the same time, but went off once then could either easily be set to go off again with the push of a single button, be reset to a different time, or just ignored on my days off. I also didn't want one that would go off when I wasn't ...

    Great design, needs higher output USB ports - charges too slow.

    Pros: Great design, love the fact the display can be dimmed. Very easy to set. Cons: Power cord is really stiff, I understand that it needs to be heavy because of the outlets, But for home use, the cord is so stiff that it limits "flexibility" of placement. The USB ports are really low output. I left a dead Galaxie tablet plugged in overnight and in the morning (8 hours) it was only 47% charged.

    Best Modern Bedside Alarm Clock Available

    Saw this at a hotel and just had to have it. Tired of too many buttons, radios and extra inputs not of interest and just getting in the way and just wanting a simple alarm, clock and power... this is it. Long cord to actually reach an outlet, dimmable clock face with super simple set alarm time and press button on top to turn on/off. USB and power outlets to adapt to whatever new cord type you need. Just the basics, clearly designed for ease of use for big hotel brands yet perfect for home. Haven't seen in retail but worth hunting down. I don't write reviews but this is just awesome from a back to the basics design not often found in our over-featured, over-engineered gadget world.

    This is truly a practical bedside alarm clock that provides you the opportunity to charge your portable items such as your cell phone or some other device.
