    I liked that they were able to supply one in a shorter length. For a cane costing nearly $100, I would have to say the quality was pitiful. Sure the bat is alright, so is the rubber tip, but the handle? Forget that it doesn't match the bat, the little hook handle appears to be glued on, and not even well-glued. It is not flush, and there is a gap/crack around the whole front half where the handle base meets the bat. I could do a better job making my own from one of those little souvenir bats.

    Hi, we are sorry you are not happy with your Cane. It is impossible to exactly match a wood handle. All wood is different and has variations in colors, so the bats and the handles can vary. It's a tree :) Also, the handle is not just 'glued on'. It is glued down into the neck of the cane and is very secure. We have sold thousands. It's not a 'souvenir' bat. It's a working cane. Hope you can enjoy it.
