    Sellr sold a POSTCARD as a serigraph. Seller listed item as a framed signed Peter Max serigraph. When I got the item i checked it and saw that it was a postcard of the serigraph. Had to get Ebay to issue full refund after he a wanted to give a partial refund. Beware of his framed artwork. He also sent a second framed bs postcard for some reason? A gift because he knew he wasn't selling what he claimed maybe?
