    I feel they only got back because of the negative review I left. After that they was helpful. But I sure hope they start putting in a full set of instructions when it comes to their gooseneck product bc if they don’t it’s a pain to figure out. And what instructions I got don’t tell me where all the hardware goes. I have spacers no clue where they go few parts that is a guessing game.
