This was a rare bad experience on Ebay, and that's due to the seller. Seller delivered a completely different size than ordered, which was clearly labeled as wrong size. Communication with seller was awful. Had to return item but never got any sort of explanation from seller or any answer to questions regarding availability of correct size.
