I'm a very large rider, and parts get more stress from me than from a lot of other riders. As such, these clips have a touch more give than I can accept. Zefal half toe Christophe 45 fit my Trek 4500 Wellgo pedals
Glad I ordered the Zefal "Christophe" 45 Large MTB half toe clips because they fit the Welgo B087B pedals on my Trek 4500 MTB and work great. I needed to get some longer bolts at the hardware store with a lock washers to be sure they stay secure on the pedal.

Half Toe Clips for bike pedals
Over time, I have installed these half toe clips to 3 bicycles in the family. Not all family members have bike shoes for clipless pedals, so these half toe clips work great with running/tennis shoes. It is easy to insert your foot and really easy to remove your foot. The key benefit is two fold. First is the confidence that your foot is not going to slip off the pedal (especially when standing up) and second is that your foot will sit in the proper position on the pedal every time. Often I see riders with the arch of their foot directly under the pedal versus the ball of their foot. These clips enable the rider to better engage their ankle into the pedal process. These clips also come in a smaller size to accommodate smaller feet/shoes. Over time, I have installed these half toe clips to 3 bicycles in the family. Great casual clips for commuting and off road
Works great for intended use. thought it would be to big for my 11.5 (46) shoe, but it grips the toe well and with no straps to deal with its great for casual commuting/off-road and has a nice clean look on the bike. If you are looking for pure power and efficiency go with a strap or shoe clip.
