I used a neighbors and it was great, so I got one. I am able to clean the stairs, and the attachments make it easy to use in window sills and take out to clean the vehicle. It cleans up pet hair moderately well, enough that if you keep after it, no problem. Lightweight, and seems to run long enough on a charge that isn't an issue. Much better with the attachments than the dust buster I got last year. It is easy to clean out the fuzz/ dirt. I used a neighbors and it was great, so I got one. BAD PRODUCT
This is the 2nd Inse I have purchased. The first had half the power of this model and was horrible. This S600 model has twice the power? and I honestly think it works worse than my first one. It takes the pet hair (reason I got it), rolls it up then pushes it out the back or the sides of the brush head. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND

Better than a Dyson and a lot cheaper.
We have 2 Dysons that work flawlessly, but there prices are through the roof. For $60, fully refurbished, clean as new, packaged as new and work like new. The LED lights help with vacuuming. When one of the Dysons die, I'm replacing it with an INSE.
