    Seller advertises free shipping upon checkout, but when I contacted the seller to find out why I only get 4 bottles for $18, the seller replies with, "Hello the listing is for 4x bottles. The price is increased due to the cost of shipping and packaging. That's the majority of the cost." So I did pay for shipping. The cost was built into the price of item purchased. Well, at least the seller was honest about being misleading, if you can call that honest??

    I have used this vendor multiple times. Things generally go smoothly but this time it did not. The company responsible for the shipping managed to crush the box which held the Zen boxes.
