The item was advertised as a Dell Inspiron DESKTOP PC. This morning I was informed that it is actually for a CHROMEBOOK notebook and to contact them if I wanted to cancel the order. I IMMEDIATELY requested to cancel the order, OF COURSE I WOULD, because it wasn't even a similar item but instead, I received a tracking number. I have to wait a week for the item, then initiate the return process. If they realized this was their error, they should have cancelled immediately. Won't shop here again.
