Bearings were PNC brand, half price elsewhere. They came with Rockwell packaging. This surprised me because I expected brand name bearings. If I were selling them I would have disclosed they were inexpensive Chinese bearings. I have bought PNC's before and some are better than others, mostly good, a few bad. I was angry about this when I saw what they were. No Returns Allowed per eBay.
