My cart arrived on Mar 6. I pulled all parts out to assemble and in step one of the assembly realized the screws (part W) were not included. I could not start assembly without them. I let seller know and they said there was no part W.
So I sent photos to prove it. After (3) days and begging them to send the screws they TOLD ME THEY HAD, they have refused to do so. Instead they want to refund me $15 to go find the screws or box up and send back the cart. Horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Cool windmill from a great seller. The quality was so much better then I had expected for the price. So much so that I'm thinking about buying another, from this seller, for the back yard. Item was exactly as described and packaged very well for shipping. I'm 80% done putting together, so we'll see how long it lasts when I get it in the yard.
