    The original bumper on my 98 Wrangler TJ was too light of steel to attach a tow bar to. It was attached to the frame with six bolts. I bought this bumper because it is made of thicker steel than the original. The add claims it is a direct fit for my Jeep. However, the bumper only bolts up to four bolts. It does not reach the other two bolts. So much for my wanting a Heavy Duty tow bumper.

    Great bumper

    Fast shipping bolted right on my 97 tj, rhino line type paint , thick steel, no hardware, did come with d rings, tabs for d rings are 1 inch thick. Would purchase again.

    Easy installation and perfect fit on a 2001 TJ...looks great.

    Nice basic bumper with D-rings was packaged well and arrived with no blemishes. Installed very easily with one person and a T-55 torx socket. Nice black textured finish as advertised. Fitment was perfect. No drilling, bending, forcing or cussing required. I even mounted the stock two hooks on top of the bumper in addition to the D-rings and shackles. And it appears to be pre-drilled for a winch plate.
