    Seems to be used and repackaged as new.

    Materials missing -- did not come with instructions for installing the filters. Worse, it makes a lot of mechanical noise (bad bearing/grinding sound). Advertised as new, but does not perform as new -- probably previously installed, rejected, and repackaged with missing material.
