Product Information

Inspired by the 2006 animated feature film, Namco's Curious George brings the notoriously inquisitive simian to life in a 3D platform adventure. Through 12 levels that follow the story of the movie, players will explore their surroundings, collect bananas, and interact with various "curious" objects that catch George's attention (and are marked with glowing questions marks). In addition to a fun sense of mischief and occasionally unexpected results, exploring these objects can earn George credit toward unlocking new costumes and other useful items. As in the original children's books by Margaret and H.A. Rey, The Man in the Yellow Hat plays an important role as well, offering both affection and authority. Ultimately, however, it will be George's curiosity that saves the day.

Typically not too picky with my game collection but sunfaded box art does bother me. The problem with my purchase is that I received sun faded box art while the picture was of a regular colourful item that did not match. I reached out to the seller but no resolution option was offered. Which is unfortunate cause I’ve bought from this seller before and it’s been typically a good experience. I think some more care could go into their photos of their products.

    great game, but younger kids need help.

    This is a great game. The voices are all authentic. Will Ferrell as Man with the yellow hat. George acts and sounds exactly like the show. My son loves the game however it is hard to play for a 6 year old. Often times you have to know your controls without looking down at them but there isnt enough time to look back up to complete an action. Thankfully the check points are frequent so he doesnt lose interest or get deflated quickly. Overall a great purchase, no regrets. Just Be prepared to sit with your child to assist, or have an older sibling do so.

    Curious George is so cute!

    This game has a very simple story line and seems to have only one path to follow. The graphics are very basic, but there were many scenes where the playing angle did not allow for view of any objects except for what was right in front of you. Although this adorable monkey can win the heart of millions in a movie, the game is lacking in quality. Along with all the mass merchandising, there was very little thought put into providing a good product. I do not recommend this game unless you can get it very inexpensively. Don't spend much because it's not worth it.

    Curious George great beginner's game!

    I was looking for a game that my 6 year old could play without getting frustrated and could enjoy without any help. It is fun and the whole family has enjoyed it. I would recommend it for anyone with beginner player's or young children. My son has played it and enjoyed it very much. He can beat the game but doesn't want to quit after it is all said and done he just starts over.

    Curious George

    I bought this game for my younger son (toddler)and it turns out that my older children (9-16) have taken over the game! My son loves anything Curious George and although he doesn't understand the complete concept of the game, he loves to make George move around the screen. I think this will be something that he can enjoy for a long time. I think it will hold his attention, because as he grows he will learn more about the game and how to play it. All in all, smart choice.

    I bought this game for the sole purpose of entertaining a 5 year old who wants to so desperately do what his grandma is doing on the ps2 system.. Well, I got more than i bargained for.. I like the game as well. just easy enough that with my little bit of encouragement, and "Pro" advice we are getting further into the game than i ever expected. This game is also true to the style of the movie, what i mean is it looks just like the movie!! well thats all for know. Happy banana hunting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
