Great deal on this item! This manifold is over $600 from Honda. Good fitment, had to modify bottom mounting bracket a little. Comes with all gaskets and hardware you need. Installed over a month ago and no check engine light or other issues. Hope it lasts, but for the price I could buy 5 or 6 of these for the cost of OEM part from Honda.

NOT CA APPROVED WONT PASS SMOG
PLEASE DO NOT BUY, it is not California approved. I went in to get it smogged and it failed. Ca approved cats have id numbers stamped on them unlike this one, and they wont pass smog inspection without it. Also the heat shield is very poorly made, they some how welded the bottow heat shield on but cant find the time just to simply tack the backing nuts on the back of the hole on the top heat shield, making it impossible to bolt on even if it fit anyway, and the bottom two bolts weren't even the right size luckily i kept my old ones. Do yourself a favor and bend over buy a new cat from honda.PLEASE DO NOT BUY, it is not California approved. I went in to get it smogged and it failed. Exhaust Manifold w/ Catalytic Converter for Honda Civic 2001-2005 1.7L L4 SOHC. I took a chance on this to keep a beater car in service. It was half the price of a new one elsewhere. It fit fine and came with gaskets and hardware. I would buy this again.

Wish I'd bought it sooner!
Great fit!! The heat shield has bolts/nuts for the bottom, unlike the OEM which had the nuts welded. When attaching the heat shield, get the bottom right bolt/nut started first (driver's side), then the bottom passenger side. I used one ratchet with a 3" extension and went in under the manifold between the manifold and block to hold the bolt, and at the same time used another ratchet to fasten the nut (the heat shield has a raised area nearby, which makes it difficult to use a wrench). If I remember correctly, the manifold gasket only goes on one way. Line the gasket up with the new manifold and make sure all the holes align. You may have to flip the gasket over. I 100% recommend this exhaust manifold! So much quieter now, and no fumes coming into the cabin! I suggest watching videos on ... Great fit!!
