I had originally planned to build my own using plywood but I couldn t buy the materials for the cost of these. These helixes are well thought out and designed and they saved both time and money compared to building my own. One design improvement they made with these newer helixes is intermediate supports have been cleverly added between the main threaded rod supports.

Vendor had no control over customs and "brokerage" so vendor's part of transaction was excellent in every way. It's the reality of our political decision to exempt "deminimus" transactions from import levies that made the transaction less than perfect.
