The unit works well and as listed -for the most part....There is a seal that protrudes from case which are signals of unit that had work done...sellersays that is not the case and it must be Dell! No service agreement on unit and I am not going to add that expense to this purchase. Dell phone rep stated that it is something that would not happen if they worked on the unit... I just wanted to know what kind of work was done and what it entailed! Was battery replaced/ SSD or memory replaced?
