You clearly stated that you used the air rifle with jammed pellets. We advised you to get rid of the jammed pellets with a rod if possible. In addition, we offered you two options since you used it: contact Crosman for a repair or replacement or return it back to us with a potential restocking fee subject to the condition of the returned air rifle. Anything wrong with the options after you used with the jammed pellets in the barrel??

Great Product for Great Deal
Having dealt with firearms for over 40 years, this one is very well made, and parts are as well. I have owned and operated it now for approx. 6 weeks and thus far it works fine and is alot of fun. It is one firearm that I cannot wait till additional magazines are available for it. I also hope that they somehow now offer a larger holding magazine as well. Great Product, Thanks

Still a crosman fan
It is really fun too shoot, I actually love mine but I only rated it 3 stars because it needs to be more powerful, I feel like crosman just wanted it on the shelf. If it would last a little longer on the cartridges then it would be a little better with the same power. 2nd there's a lot of different malfunctions on different guns of the same model, mine happens to get stuck down in the butt stock & the charging handle doesn't return after u pull it. after 3 days of tinkering I found that it was getting hung up on the center bar so u just have to wiggle it one direction or anotherIt is really fun too shoot, I actually love mine but I only rated it 3 stars because it needs to be more powerful, I feel like crosman just wanted it on the shelf. I've had this airgun for a few months now and have shot thousands of bbs and hundreds of co2 cartridges without any problems. The best plinker ever. The full auto feature never ceases to put a smile on anyone's face. Its even better after I added a good holographic dot scope and faux suppressor.

Trust me, this is the best AR based air rifle you can buy. Anyone writing negative reviews either does not understand it's objective or is otherwise ignorant about firearms in general. This rifle is designed to provide the AR feel without being the actual gun. It is not designed to be a powerhouse rifle. It is not designed to be like a vintage Beeman RX or R1 for accuracy. It does however have decent power at rated 430 fps. I have owned one for approx one year. I have literally thousands of rounds through it. It is a solid piece. Engineered on the AR platform with collaboration from DPMS. One of the biggest AR manufacturers on the market. If you want the select fire experience that most of us crave, this IS your ticket. If you want a Match grade rifle, go buy a Beeman or other German made ... Trust me, this is the best AR based air rifle you can buy. Anyone writing negative reviews either does not understand it's objective or is otherwise ignorant about firearms in general. This rifle is designed to provide the AR feel without being the actual gun. It is not designed to be a powerhouse rifle. It is not designed to be like a vintage Beeman RX or R1 for accuracy. I frequently swap my night scope and rail mount bipod and flashlight to and from my AR15. Again, you cannot go wrong. It's unreal cheap for what it does. It would not surprise me if this is outlawed one day. It has enough power to effectively kill rats around our chicken coups. Try a night scope with full auto! Definitely a cool experience. Very impressed. As others have stated the speedloader is a big negative (reason for 4 stars). Mine was useless and actually had a BB stuck in it upon box opening. I researched many other platforms of this type before choosing the DPMS. With the realistic look feel and auto fire I am not dissapointed. So far 200 rnds no issues. IMO a must have for true inthusiasts.
