    The SIM I received was NOT activated. Even I called 611, it told me the SIM was NOT activated. But the seller kept saying the SIM was activated. This one can not work in China either. Last year I bought a T-mobile SIM in US and it could pick up signals and receive SMS and calls in China. But the seller said he sold many SIMs and all of them could work outside US. In the end I got a SIM that can do NOTHING.
