    I have not installed these yet but they are brand new and look just as I would expect brand new Posi-Taps. These are my favorite connectors since they are simple to connect to existing wires and these will be used for automotive applications.

    Maybe not for ultra thin wire

    These are great splice connectors but beware when you use them on ultra thin wire. It may be difficult to peirce and get it centered on fine wire. Make sure you are using the right connector for the gauge of wire you’re using.

    Best cross wire joint without tools.

    The POSI-TAP connectors are the less known among majority of people because they are not found in typical large hardware stores. I found them to be the best most secure and practical low current connector in a confined location where soldering is not an option. The best electrical connectors ever invented.
