Laptop appears brand new and never used. Very happy with appearance. Bought as a replacement for the same model I’ve had for 10 years and this one is considerably faster. I’m so happy with this seller and the condition of the unit that I just bought another as a backup. Only thing to note is that the 100% compatible charger provided was IBM (output 4.5A) which takes a little longer to charge than my Panasonic (7.0A).
