Seller underpaid postage so i had to pay a fee. Rather than refund me for their mistake they blamed me and said it was my fault for not paying enough for the doll they sold me at their price! This was after refusing to believe there had been a charge despite me sending photos of the box with the fees and weight detailed and the reciept for the fee. They were very rude in the process. The box was also damaged from being poorly packaged but i was understanding of this.

Actually that is not true is it you were extremely rude to me, I weighed and I put the right postage on, I was worried you had been scammed into paying an extra charge. Also on my records it Says it was delivered by your local office on your parcel it says overnight I do NOT POORLY PACKAGE I have ring camera evidence to show this. I advised you to contact Royal Mail to put in a claim and argue the charge as they damaged your parcel. You wouldnt even stop hassling me at work to get home.
