The Natures Bounty 20 mg Lutein is good for all ages, but especially for guys like me who are starting to get up there in age. This and similar supplements help prevent against conditions like macular degeneration, which means we can keep good eyesight longer, keep being able to drive, etc. It's better to use a use a higher strength though, like 20 mg instead of a lower strength like 6 mg.
