A++++ this seller went above and beyond.. the item was shipped quickly and well-packaged. upon assembly, i noticed a defect in the way the item was engineered. (the shoe baskets only sit on the adjustment pegs.. and wobble when shoes are put onto them) i contacted the seller about it simply to inform them. i said that i was disappointed, but not enough so to return the item... they issued a full refund anyway, for the inconvenience. very much appreciated that. great communication the whole way.
