      this is a very neat device I heard about years ago when LEDs were practically unknown. Walking through a hospital with "Dr. Anton Phibes" flashing across really gets some second looks and a bunch of chuckles from patients and staff. Instructions were easy to read and initially set this device up. Quick shipping and very reasonable price. I'm very satisfied. Wrapped really well! I wonder what will happen when it flashes "Hannibal Lecter, MD?"
