    great way to learn to play

    well this review will be very unusual because ....myself or my son have never even got to play this .... we heard of rocksmith a couple years back and my son has told me he wanted to get one so that it would help him to learn to play the guitar,,,but unfortunatly we have not been able to afford to get one of them yet ..it seems like with the tight budjet we have that something else more important always comes up and we have to put it off every time we hope to purchase one of the editions that they have made for rocksmith and we need it for an xbox 360 with cord included and we would be happy to have any one of them even one thats been used would be just fine ...so as for a review about this product ive searched enough to know that they are a very popular item so they must be exactly like ...

    Fun and useful learning tool, albeit a bit awkward.

    This game can be a bit confusing and disorienting for those like myself who already play guitar and read tablature. It can be a challenge at times to mentally process what you're actually seeing on screen. Having said that, it has been fun as well and a good motivator to keep practicing.

    Mostly great, but 1 problem.

    Great, way to learn a song, play along and get new songs to build your play list. The one down side is that they don't transfer purchased songs from older systems like XBox 360 etc..Would be nice to have all purchased songs on one system, instead of switching between them just to play different songs you bought for the same game.

    Overall it is a good game. I played the 2014 version and I like that one alot better than this version. I found this one makes you complete songs and as a beginner, I had some difficulty. If I didn't play the newer Version I would have given a higher rating.

    Excellent game!

    Easy to play, hard to master and impossible to put it down. This game is pure fun! IMO you need to get a real electronic drum kit for the best experience. Customs keep the game alive for endless hours of fun!
