    It meets my needs.

    I was looking for a used VCR to play old VHS tapes. this machine is used but in good shape. I hooked it up and it worked just fine. Since it is used i can't speak to the quality of construction but it has lasted through someone else using it and it works for me. It is hard to say would I recommend it since it is a one off type thing. It is not like a new product where one would expect each to be the same.
