    I have been riding and racing bicycles for fifteen years. I always thought ride hard, long, often and you'll get fast. Mr. Friel shows a better way to accomplish fitness without the inevitable self destruction of overtraining. Thanks Joe! I can't wait to put your manual to the test this coming season.
