I bought this for work, school and many other things. The size at first was daunting since I f had only ever had the 10.5 and the 11. But it is perfect for note taking, for my musical charts, and for multitasking. This is a great substitute for my computer which is being used by my kids.

Love the extra large screen, but it is too heavy to work as a reader long-term. Holding it in your hands, even resting on your knees, gets tiring quickly. An Air version of this would be the ideal tablet, because the screen is super bright, clear and legible.

The main reasons I like this tablet include: 1. This iPad is exceptionally bright and detailed, but can also work well as a laptop if you have a compatible keyboard. 2. Despite its 12.9" size, it's surprisingly light. 3. This size of iPad is easily big enough for web browsing (especially with optimized apps), but is well suited for playing games, word processing, reading books, or even watching videos.

Great iPad, love the size and all the many features which I’m still learning about. I bought a pen that I could use to write notes on the iPad what a great feature as well.

I have a retina iPad but it’s pretty much only been good for media, games and email. I got this gen3 for writing and art. Paired with an Apple Pencil and a brydge keyboard it is PERFECT for my needs. Way better combo than a MacBook for art and everything together is still less expensive than one too! The only thing I miss is the headphone jack. iPad pro gen3 is supper responsive and runs all my apps well. Scrivener and Affinity are a perfect fit. Battery easily lasts a work day so I just plug it in at night and we’re good to go in the morning. I used to be tethered to my desktop and Wacom cintiq but now I can go anywhere and be comfortable while I work! Will buy again.

I upgraded to this 2018 iPad Pro from a 1st generation iPad Pro 12.9. I mainly need more space, coming from a 128. I didn’t think I needed to skip all the way to the 2021 model with M1 chip, based on my usage. So far, it prices to have been the right move! I’ve saved hundreds by going with a refurbished 2018, and I’m still trying s faster processor, brighter screen, and more space than I had before, all in a smaller form factor. For the record, my 1st gen iPad Pro is still working great and going strong, with no signs of slowing down. If you’re in the market for a large screen iPad Sabas want to really save a few bucks, try a 1st gen.

It said “excellent condition”. The iPad looked pristine. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Looks like “out of the box” new. Battery life is normal and everything works as it should. I consider it a great bargain.
