Freezer was OK. Finally after running for 2 days straight, it settled down and turns off now. The temp inside the fridge is right in the middle of the temp gauge, "refrigerator"! Not colder.

As for our experience with the seller, it took about a week to get to us after ordering and the first one came in a giant bubble mailer which didn't provide enough protection to prevent the part from being snapped in half during shipping. I contacted the seller though and they promptly shipped out a replacement which again arrived about a week later this time in a box which kept it in one piece. Thank you.

Great price but the packaging was terrible. Wrapped with 1 single piece of bubble wrap that didn’t even cover the item. One piece of paper tape?. Just because an item is shipped insured doesn’t mean you half ass the shipping, and a fragile sticker is not a substitute for proper packing. Appreciate the part and price, 0 for the shipping. Would buy from again but WITH PROPER PACKAGING!
