Highly dissatisfied. Buyer beware. This diamond is not the size the description said (1mm, supposed to be 1.5mm) & the base/stem is so thin that it physically cut into my lip. I ordered a push pin, not a screw in pin, but it is not the same push pin as the photos at all. It is very difficult to put the diamond in & out of the stem. I was offered a $3 partial refund, which I accepted because I will find another base for it.
