First, there was quite a delay in shipping- probably due to my shipping address being torn half off. Secondly, the mower blades that finally did arrive are not the blades pictured in the advertisement. The center mounting holes pictured are star like- the mounting holes in blades sent are simply round drilled holes and will not attach. Thirdly, when trying to contact seller for a refund and return I am directed to a screen with a foreign language looking like it could be German.

Dear Jeff: You are confused. You placed your order on 4-25. It states in your photo we shipped within one day 4-26. If you click on tracking history you will see this. Then the courier states on the delivery progress - sorry for the delay. We cannot control the package one we release it. We did communicate - we did ship on the 26th - we are and were honest. Please don't slam a vendor until you research the issue. RM
